Gatwards, a renowned luxury jeweller since 1760, are looking for a passionate full time repairs administrator/sales person to join their team in Hitchin. The individual must have excellent organisational skills and be motivated to provide a first class service. Experience of the jewellery/watch trade is preferred but not essential.
As well as the administration of repairs, the role will also include sales and assisting clients with the booking in of valuations, care of stock plus some minor watch repairs within store. The candidate must be able to work weekends and customer events.
An interest in watches, ability to work within a team, good presentation, excellent communication skills and IT knowledge are essential.
