We place a high level of responsibility on ourselves to ensure that those moments are memorable. When couples get engaged, we love to open the champagne. We also offer them a free photoshoot with local photographers. If a family member is present when a customer makes a special purchase, they will personally thank the customer for choosing Gatwards. We feel that it is these special touches that make buying jewellery from us an experience to remember.

Gatwards source jewellery, watches and giftware from all over the world as well as here in the UK, providing the widest ranges to suit all tastes and budgets. Integrity is imperative and we pride ourselves in only selling products of the highest quality. If a customer has placed their trust in us then we must deliver. Everything we sell is hand-selected and quality checked by our experienced buying team before it is put into stock and displayed in our showroom or in our windows. If we do not think something is of a suitably high standard, we immediately send it back to our suppliers. 

 

4. An award-winning business

So far in 2019, Gatwards has won 3 awards which we feel is testament to our ongoing commitment to quality products, a highly skilled team and excellent customer service. We won “Retail Family Business of the Year” and our company chairman, Anna Gatward won a lifetime achievement award for her 60 year career running the business. Just 1 month later, we won silver in the Luxury Brand category at the National Family Business awards at a star-studded evening held at Wembley stadium. Watch this space for more news on awards.
