The health and wellbeing of our customers and colleagues is of the utmost importance. We're keeping everyone safe as well as maintaining the highest standards of customer service. 

  • Colleague welfare and the working environment – hygiene and working practices have been put in place including sanitising units and social distancing measures while at work.
  • Community Interactions – for those who prefer not to come in-store, we operate a click & collect and postal service thus minimising any contact with customers. All orders are packed with the utmost of care..
  • We are still operating a closed door policy with a Ring doorbell as we understand many of our customers may wish to continue wearing masks. We ask that if you are wearing a mask to please remove it whilst you ring the bell and then a team member will open the door for you.
